As you move up, it's not just the cashback amount that grows — the quality of support and access to exclusive promotions increases too. Once you reach Gold, you receive 689slots' highest level of priority.

To move up in VIP tier, you need to play consistently on 689slots and maintain a good deposit history. Your tier is reviewed based on your play volume and loyalty. To move from Bronze to Silver, contact the support team to check your current status — it depends on how actively and how long you have been playing. As long as you keep up a good playing record, you can maintain your tier.

At Gold VIP, you can earn up to 0.8%, so the amounts get larger. Please note that if you do not use the cashback within two weeks, it may be forfeited.

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is the bonus amount x 10. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 50,000 Ks; you must wager 30,000 × 10 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw. Once the wagering requirement is met, you can submit a withdrawal as normal.

Withdrawals at 689slots are usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The time may vary depending on the payment method and bank. Withdrawals via KBZPay and Wave Money are normally completed within that window, but if there is a banking issue or technical delay, contact the support team immediately.

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of wagered money that a slot game pays back to players. For example, an RTP of 96% means that, on average, players can expect to get back 96% of what they put in. However, this is purely a mathematical calculation based on long-term play and does not guarantee what you will win in any single session. Even playing a high-RTP game does not mean a guaranteed personal profit.

A Progressive Jackpot is a prize format where the jackpot pool grows larger every time players place bets. When you play these types of slots at 689slots, you have a chance to win the jackpot yourself while also contributing to the growing pool. When the jackpot hits, the player who is playing at that moment wins the entire pool amount. After the jackpot is won, the pool resets to a set starting amount.

Free Spins can generally be earned in two ways. The first is by landing a set number of Scatter symbols in the game, which triggers Free Spins for the player. The second is through bonus Free Spins given by 689slots promotions. Winnings from Free Spins vary depending on the multiplier set within the game.

Slot games that have Demo play available can be tried at 689slots without depositing real money. In Demo mode, you can get familiar with the game's features and gameplay without any financial risk. Understanding how a game works beforehand can make your real-money experience more enjoyable. Winnings from Demo mode cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Volatility (variance) is a term that describes how often and how much a slot game pays out. In low volatility games, small wins come frequently, making it easier to keep your balance steady. In high volatility games, big wins come less often, so they tend to suit players who can play for longer sessions. Choose based on your preferred style.

689slots does not charge any fee for deposits. The full amount you deposit goes into your account. However, if your bank or digital wallet charges a transfer fee, that is the bank or wallet's own policy and is not related to 689slots. After depositing, the full amount should appear in your balance without any deduction.

At 689slots you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits and withdrawals are handled in Myanmar Kyat, with full support for local banks and e-wallets. Pick whichever method suits you best — all options are available 24/7.

Football bets are settled by 689slots immediately after the match ends, based on the official result. For match-length bets, settlement is decided at the final whistle, and depending on the market, overtime may also be included. If a match is cancelled or there is a change in the announced result, the bet amount is returned to the player.

Decimal odds show how much your stake is multiplied. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you stake 10,000 Ks on Team A and they win, you receive 25,000 Ks. Asian Handicap gives a goal advantage or disadvantage to even out the bet between two sides. For example, Team A (-1) means Team A must win by 2 or more goals for your bet to win. It is recommended to check the demo view first before deciding on an odds format on 689slots.

Yes. At 689slots you can bet on EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches, as well as a range of international football competitions including the Champions League and FIFA World Cup. During match periods, players can choose the match and market they want and place their bets. MNL matches are a natural choice for Myanmar players.

An Accumulator (Acca) is a single bet that combines 2 or more matches together. You need every match to win to get a payout, which is why the rewards can be big. For example — if you place an Acca on 4 matches and get 3 right but lose 1, the whole Acca loses. The potential reward is high but so is the risk, so play carefully in the 689slots football section.

You can use the welcome bonus at 689slots for football betting. Your first deposit earns a 150% bonus of up to 200,000 Ks, so you can place football bets with bonus funds as well. For example — if you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 480,000 Ks; the wagering requirement is 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks. You can clear the wagering requirement through football bets too.
